Refund Policy

At BloomaeBrix, every bouquet is prepared with care and made to be a meaningful keepsake. Because of the nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or personal preference.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Major components are missing
• You receive the wrong product

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Shipping delays
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Failure to follow assembly instructions
• Normal variations in color or appearance
• Opened or partially assembled sets

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated and responded to with order confirmation, tracking, and delivery proof.
