2. Products & Availability
BloomaeBrix offers floral building sets designed as keepsake décor and relaxation experiences.
All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to screen settings or production variations.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
3. Processing & Shipping
• Processing time: 3 business days
• Shipping time: 7–14 business days after processing (varies by location)
Tracking is provided for every order.
BloomaeBrix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information entered at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is missing major components
• The incorrect product was received
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
