Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but you will always receive tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. BloomaeBrix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes full tracking.
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your bouquet’s journey.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
BloomaeBrix is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
BloomaeBrix is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for delays caused by shipping carriers.
However, we will always assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.
International Shipping
International delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
